Shipping is free of charge for the orders over 140€ worldwide. The shipping fees for the orders below 140€ will be calculated by our system and added automatically to the total amount on the cart page. You will see the total amount before placing the order.
Delivery periods:
2-4 working days for Europe
3-6 working days for the rest of the world
After you purchase your product, you will receive an automatic mail about your order details. If you would like to make any change or cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible.
In the weekdays (except national days) the goods ordered until 15:30 will be shipped on the same day, after 15:30 it will be shipped on the following day. The goods ordered after 15:30 on friday will be shipped on following monday.
When our courier company issue your order, you will receive an automatic mail about the tracking number and status of your order.
Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
